Reservations and
payments must be received by the Tuesday before
the meeting, that is:
Tuesday, February 14th, 2012
*Members who fail to register by the due date will be charged at the Non-Member rate.
Reminder:
When you reserve a lunch but do not show up at the meeting, your reservation is nonetheless counted in the number given to the caterer to reserve servings of lunch. If you paid and will not be at the meeting, you must contact the Hospitality Chair Tuesday night (no calls later than 10pm, please). Hospitality may then be able to hold over your payment to the next month. If you fail to cancel by the deadline, you forfeit the payment. Thanks!
Note: If you need a Gluten-Free or Vegetarian meal, please email the Hospitality Chair in a separate email with your choice. This must be received by the Tuesday before the meeting.
