HelenKay Dimon's novella IT'S HOTTER AT CHRISTMAS (part of the KISSING SANTA CLAUS anthology) was named a "Red Hot Read" by Cosmo Magazine and was excerpted in the Dec. '09 issue. RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW is a finalist in the single title category of the 2009 Book Buyers Best Contest sponsored by the OCC Chapter of the RWA.
Trish Albright's SIREN'S SONG finaled in the First Coast Romance Writers'
2009 Published Beacon Contest, as well as the WisRWA's Write Touch
Readers' Award Contest and for the Colorado Romance Writers Award of
Excellence 2009.
Samantha Sommersby's FORBIDDEN:THE REVOLUTION has finaled for the 2009 New England Reader’s
Choice Bean Pot Award.

Unpublished Authors Contests
-Jeanne Dickson's manuscript FLIPPING GRAPES won fourth place
in the Contemporary Series category of the 2009 Beacon. It finaled in the Launching a Star Contests and took third place in the Land of Enchantment Romance Author's contest.
-Lisa Kessler's NIGHT WALKER won second place in the On the Far Side contest and won third place in the 2009 Winter Rose
Unpublished Contest for Paranormal. It finaled in the NOLA STAR's Suzannah and received
Honorable Mention in the 2009 the New Jersey Put Your Heart in a Book
Contest for Paranormal.

-Sally Orr's RAKE BY ANY OTHER NAME is a finalist for the 2009 Golden Acorn Excellence in Writing Award in the Historical Category. It won first place in the Historical Category of the 2009 Linda Howard Award of Excellence Contest, first place in NJ's
Put Your Heart in a Book, the Heart of the Rockies, tied for first
place in the Golden Rose contest. She won second in the Finally a
Bride, and finaled in the East Valley
Author's 2nd Annual Query contest.
